JLM keeps HCU running with precision and heart. He manages the budget, strengthens partner relationships, and makes sure our work aligns with big-picture goals and funder expectations.
He also supports curriculum planning and blending strategy with substance to help shape meaningful programming that delivers real impact.

Curriculum Lead
Nneka brings structure and soul to HCU’s curriculum. She creates team agendas, checks-in on deliverables, and ensures our programs stay aligned and effective.
With a sharp eye for design and deep care for learning outcomes, she helps turn our ideas into transformative experiences.

Project Manager & Communications Lead
Laura keeps the HCU machine running smoothly through logistics, visuals, virtual coordination, and operations with clarity and care.
From crafting comms to managing behind-the-scenes details, she ensures every event and message lands just right.

Director of Student Life and Wellness
Trevor is the connector at the core of HCU. He leads recruitment efforts, keeps SPARK advisors engaged, and ensures our community shows up and feels seen. Always plugged into partners and people, he builds lasting relationships that fuel our turnout and strengthen our base.

Logistics Coordinator
Marcia is the planner behind every in-person HCU training and event. She handles travel, meals, supplies, and all the on-the-ground details that make our programs feel smooth, welcoming, and intentional.
