Building the Foundations of Change
Our Foundations 101 training introduces participants to the core principles of community organizing. In this program, future leaders learn how to mobilize communities, build effective campaigns, and advocate for systemic change.
Grounded in real-world practice and historical lessons, Foundations 101 prepares students to take their first steps as impactful organizers and changemakers.
Advancing Leadership Through Specialized Boot Camps
For those ready to dive deeper, we offer issue-based boot camps that focus on key areas of social justice and advocacy.
These intensive programs provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and specialized strategies for organizing around specific causes.

A 1.5 day essential starting point for new organizers, covering grassroots organizing strategies, power mapping, coalition building, and leadership development. - Labor Justice Bootcamp — Summer 2025
Focused on workers’ rights, labor organizing, and solidarity building, this boot camp empowers participants to fight for fair, just workplaces across industries. - Government & Policy Bootcamp — Fall 2025
Designed for those interested in policy advocacy, this program equips students to navigate government systems, influence policy change, and advocate effectively at all levels.
